Perfil SRL is a company made up of different service areas such as soil movement, asphalt, concrete mixer and real estate developer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the market working with large oil companies such as Tecpetrol, Pluspetrol, Total and also with the Argentine government for the paving of national roads and highways, among others. The company wishes to expand as a more complete developer by building a greater number of properties, with a high-quality finish and the latest technology in sustainable construction.
The developer requires a very high initial capital to be able to build a real estate project with the quality with which it wishes to stand out. It has teams of architects who can prepare the designs, resources such as concrete and land, it also has the necessary labor but it is not enough to ensure the correct completion of the project.
